Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged items

Should your lamp arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement immediately.

Handmade products

Since each lamp is individually 3D printed, slight variations in color and texture may occur. This is part of its handcrafted character.

refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 5-7 working days.
